Family Feud Escalates: Mohan Babu, Manchu Manoj File Complaints Amid Property Dispute
The Mohan Babu family feud seems to be going from bad to worse in the last two days. Despite initial denials by the Mohan Babu family about their family member and actor Manchu Manoj lodging police complaints against Mohan Babu and vice versa. But yesterday night, the situation went out of hand as veteran actor Mohan Babu attacked a media person at his Jalpally farmhouse, where the journalist had gone to seek his statement in the alleged bitter fight over family assets. Soon after the incident, journalists sat on a protest outside the residence of Mohan Babu demanding action and an unconditional apology from him.
His display of rage follows his son, actor Manchu Manoj filing a police complaint at the Pahadi Shareef police station accusing his father of physical assault. This was followed by a counter case registered by Mohan Babu against his actor son Manchu Manoj in the fight over family property
Earlier in the day, Manchu Manoj addressed the media and informed them that he was fighting for the safety of his wife and children over property. “I am not fighting for money or property but for my self-respect, and this fight concerns my wife and children. I am willing to face anything if they confront me directly. However, they are dragging my wife and our 7-month-old baby into the issue to suppress me. Today, I sought police protection and brought the Sub-Inspector (SI) with me to expose how they hired private bouncers to attack me. After the SI left, constables arrived and threatened my security personnel,” said Manoj.
Amid heightened tension, actor Vishnu Manchu was spotted at the Hyderabad airport as he returned home from Dubai amid family controversy.
Vishnu was seen swarmed by paparazzi as soon as he stepped outside the airport. With several journalists asking him about what exactly went wrong between his father and brother, Vishnu briefly remarked that such quarrels are common in their family. "These things are petty issues. They will be resolved soon. It is not fair to make a big picture out of this family dispute,” said Manchu Vishnu at the airport.
After that, he reached Manchu Manoj’s house but he was stopped by bouncers hired by Manoj and he was seen arguing with the guards. The videos of his media interaction and other videos have gone viral on social media.
