- Prioritise. Prioritise. Prioritise. Pick up tasks which make a critical difference to your goals and work on them. Delegate the rest of the work. Do this in your professional and personal life as well.
- Train people working under you to be the best they can be at their jobs. Try and be a teacher wherever and whenever possible.
- Change your leadership style depending on the circumstances. Avoid sticking to one way or style of behaving. It helps to have an adaptable nature.
- The best way to ensure that you always do a good job and never slack is by working as though the spotlight is always on you. It works as a good stimulator!
- Always respect everyone around you not because of who they are but because they are human beings too.Be warm and receptive towards others.
