2017 has brought with it a deluge of 100s in Test cricket from around the world.
We are just four days into 2017, but there have already been a number of swashbuckling centuries scored in Test cricket. Here's our list of five of the best 100s in 2017 so far. (Photo: AP/ AFP)- David Warner vs Pakistan: David Warner is the most talked-about cricketer this festive season at least when it comes to performance on the pitch. The 30-year-old went on a rampage, bringing up his 100 in just 78 balls. To add to that, he joined the legendary Sir Donald Bradman in becoming the fifth batsman to complete a century in the first session of a Test match. - Matt Renshaw vs Pakistan: The Aussies were looking to get off to a flyer in the third Test against Pakistan, and Renshaw gave them exactly what they wanted, scoring 184 runs from 293 balls. His 151-run opening stand with Warner set the tone for the rest of the match. (Photo: AP)
- Peter Handscomb vs Pakistan: The new-look Australia side has been impressive in the Tests against Pakistan. Handscomb seems to have secured his spot in the Australian Test side, having scored two centuries in the three-Test series against Pakistan. (Photo: AP)
