Hyderabad: Heavy rush continued for the second day on the national highway-65 (NH-65) connecting Telangana and Vijayawada from LB Nagar with many families heading to their hometowns from the city to celebrate Dasara festival.
A long queue of vehicles was seen at Pathangi toll plaza near Choutuppal to proceed towards Vijayawada. However, the toll plaza staff and the police intervened and regulated the traffic. In the evening, the staff and the police heaved a sigh of relief as the rush reduced considerably.
