Rizgar Sak is not an unknown man in Dubai. Thanks to his flourishing brand - Dives Holding. His family originates from Iraq who is involved in carpet trading and the F & B segment, but he had the vision to expand his family business over the global landscape. Born in 1976, he started working for his family business with his siblings in 1995. However, from the very first day, he had the idea to see the branch offices of his family business in different nations. He worked hard to rise high in his career ladder. He was able to expand the branches of his family business in different countries including Iraq, Erbil, UAE, Dubai and Turkey.
He dealt with different domains like real estate, logistics, general trading, hotel management and customer service. He kept his base in Dubai and expanded his business all across the above said locations. In 2020, he launched his brand called Dives Holding in 2020 with the idea of establishing his brand’s name in the F & B domain in Dubai and eventually in the entire gulf country. He collaborated with the food brand CZN Burak to emerge as a leading food chain in Dubai. He has planned for the coming two years and within the said time, he would be launching his food outlets in different countries in the Middle East.
In 2021, he intends to enter in Qatar, CZN Burger in Dubai, and Spreading CZN Burger Concept to at least 10 locations in GCC in 2021. By 2022, he intends to expand his brand in Europe by operating in cities like London and Berlin with his CZN Burak restaurant & Fast-Food Concepts ventures. By the end of 2023, he plans to emerge as the most profitable restaurant brand in the Middle East while in 2024, he intends to expand and evolve both in Asia and Europe.
