From being an assistant hairstylist to becoming a renowned celebrity manager Neha Gadhwalla is a role model for all the aspiring talents out there. She is now a force to reckon with in B-town.

Neha started off as a hairstylist at the tender age of 17 and then went on to work with superstars like John Abraham and Sonam Kapoor. She has now successfully established her own artist management company, Eficiente. Yes, you read that right. Neha's journey from being a hair-stylist to a proud owner of an artist management company is applaud worthy. Eficiente, handles makeup artistes, hair-stylists, stylist photographers and influencers. The company now boasts of an impressive clientele list comprising stylists Mohit Rai, Aastha Sharma and influencers like Pooja Dhingra.

However, Neha's journey was not a cake walk. She faced a lot of hardships to become what she is today. And the one person who has always been her constant source of inspiration, is her mother. "My biggest source of inspiration is my mother, Shamiraah. I have gone through a lot of hardships and my mom has always uplifted me and made me believe I can do better. She’s always guided me in the path of honesty and taught me to love what I do," shares the self-made entrepreneur.

At a time when debate surrounding gender pay parity has reignited in the film industry, it's uplifting to come across people like Neha, who have paved the way for others. And we are pretty sure her journey will inspire all the women out there to always dream big.
