Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It's about being better than you used to be. Fitness means different to different people. Everyone wants to develop a habit of being fit but developing a habit is hard. Born and brought up in Delhi, Hemant Kumar has completed his post-graduation in MBA finance. He trains people to get a healthy and fit body with multiple body movement arts. Hemant has 7 years of experience in the banking field and working for over 10 years as a certified bodyweight fitness coach. He had left the job of a banker as he always wanted to follow his passion.
Hemant hobbies are dancing, giving bodyweight training, playing guitar and drums. His favorite stars are Hritik Roshan, Vidyut Jamwal & Tiger Shroff. He also loves to play volleyball and football.
It is well said 'If you dream it you can do it'. Hemant had to face many difficulties while following his passion as he used to be sick 5-6 times in a year because of which he doesn't have good health at his early ages. But his passion to be a bodyweight coach makes him better every day.
Hemant is popular on various social media platforms and at the same time, he is also creating vlogs on his YouTube Channel. Life is a blend of ups and downs, and sometimes it’s not in our hands to hold everything with primacy. Hemant says that he handles every situation positively. He says that "I think before I act."
It is a universal truth that if you're a human being you must have some strengths and some weaknesses. But the one who makes an effort to overcome their weaknesses instead of cursing himself to have it can make it more worthful.
Hemant's strengths are his hard work, fast learning ability, discipline, dedication towards his passion, focus on the work he does, being positive and receptive. His weaknesses are low self-esteem and anxiety. Hemant is addicted to enhancing himself. He is addicted to making the best of himself. He begins his day as a new day and every day contributes to making himself a little better.
A message from Hemant Kumar to the public that "Do what you love and believe in yourself."
