A guide for the common man, Fitness For You N' Me' book by Nishant Bhalotia

The book focuses on the health and fitness of the 'common man' who has work obligations on one hand and family responsibilities on the other

Every writer's innermost secrets about his life experiences and mental characteristics are prominently displayed in his works. Nishant Bhalotia, an industrialist with a gold medalist in Business Management, has written ‘Fitness For You ‘N’ Me: Reality of the Illusion’, a book on health and fitness.

The book focuses on the health and fitness of the "common man," who has work obligations on the one hand and family responsibilities on the other. Without compromising on these commitments, how effectively and effortlessly the common man can handle his/her health and wellbeing is what this book is all about.

In this world of digital era, Nishant chose to write a book as he feels the digital age is a boon as well as a bane for society. Information on the internet is overloaded, which makes it confusing for the common man. A book instils in readers a sense of authenticity and confidence. From the viewpoint of a common man, this book also seeks to explain all topics about which there might be contradictory details on the "internet". As Nishant says “Knowledge” is “what we should do”, while “wisdom” is knowing “what we should NOT do”.

By “common man” Nishant doesn’t mean ordinary. He believes every person is unique and special in his/her own way. Talking about the common man he says, “By the common man, I only mean those of us, like me, whose profession does not demand a certain level of fitness like it happens in the case of movie stars, sports stars or army for that matter.“

Being an Industrialist, he ventured into the health and fitness industry as he already knew the importance of industrialists to stay healthy and fit as many livelihoods are dependent on them. Nishant, who is currently 45 years of age, in his early 30’s developed a lot of health issues, which made him decide to choose a healthy lifestyle over pharmaceutical medicines. He was taken aback by the results and thought it would be unfair if he did not share them with other people. This led him to start his own health & fitness venture “Fitamins” in 2017.

By the end of 2022, his goal is to touch One Crore Indian lives, as Nishant strongly believes,”A healthy nation is a wealthy nation.” A step in this direction would be the sequel of this book, which he has already started working upon.
