ADILABAD: The authorities of the Basar IIIT have issued notice informing the students that outpass will not be issued to any one planning to go home for Diwali festival. According to the notice, students will not be allowed to go home since there is only one day of holiday for Diwali. Diwali is being celebrated on October 24. The authorities issued notice on October 21.
Many students were planning to go to their native to celebrate Diwali with their families since the day before Diwali is Sunday.
The notice also stated that no parent will be allowed in the campus to see their ward except on Diwali day and asked the students to convey the same to their parents.
The authorities have strictly prohibited the use of crackers in the entire Basar IIIT campus and further said any violation of this will lead to serious punishment.
