The Leela Hyderabad Kicks Off First Food Pop-up at Chef's Studio

The Leela Hyderabad hosted its first food pop-up at the Chef Studio, a rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the city’s skyline. The culinary pop-up, dubbed Plate & Palette, features a unique menu crafted by award winning culinary maestro, Chef Suresh DC, who's known for transforming simple food into outstanding gastronomical delights., who flew in from Bangalore to showcase his culinary skills. “I used to cook a lot of European food when I started my journey,” Chef Suresh explained, adding, “So, basically, I try to use those techniques to cook what I want to eat.” His menu featured an array of delicacies, including mushroom pate, crab green tamarind paniyaram, and coconut ice cream with melon and the famous Mysore Pak cheesecake.


The Leela Hyderabad plans to host weekly food pop-ups every Thursday to Sunday, featuring celebrity chefs from around the world. A hotel representative revealed that the pop-ups would be a regular feature, with a different chef each week. The pop-ups would not be limited to showcasing food, it will feature masterclasses by the visiting chefs.

The hotel’s culinary team is also gearing up for Christmas, with plans for a special Christmas lunch and activities. In addition to its culinary offerings, The Leela Hyderabad is also set to launch its wellness program in January. The hotel’s spa will feature the largest number of therapy rooms in the city, along with a gym, yoga space, and salon. “We have a celeb nutritionist with whom we have tied up. She has curated the wellness menu for us,” said a hotel representative.


The hotel will continue to evolve and expand its offerings in the days ahead. Whether it's a culinary pop-up, a wellness program, or a luxurious stay, the Leela Hyderabad pushes the envelope to ensure guest satisfaction.
