Sonal Mansingh deep knowledge of the arts. Her love, passion and perseverance. And woman of great mental strength.

Be graceful while you jump and wave your hands.

People who eat food off your plate without asking first.
How has your engagement with dance changed?
What started as a passion has now become a medium to connect with my inner self. It is an integral part of my existence.
What about your profession do you love most?
Helps me to transcend to a height where I can be myself. And the greatest pleasure is being able to express myself and present my culture to the beautiful audience around the world.
Most embarrassing moment on stage?
Once when I slipped and fell in the middle of an Abhinaya piece and sprung back again to continue.
A funny nick name?
Pendri. My eldest paternal uncle still calls me by that name.
