Known for his work on top-tier events like Miss India Earth, Miss India International, and Fashion Weeks across India, Shamkhan has firmly established himself as a prominent figure in the fashion industry.
Transitioning from engineering to fashion choreography, Shamkhan recalls the challenges he faced early in his career. "Without experience, no one was giving me a chance, so it took time for me to prove myself," he shared. Now, after years of hard work and perseverance, directing Miss Universe India feels like a dream come true. "I’ve been waiting for this moment for years, and finally, it’s happening."
As the finale approaches Universeon September 22nd, Shamkhan remains enthusiastic despite the increased pressure. "When you get big opportunities, the workload and commitment double. But the excitement far outweighs any pressure," he said confidently. The pre-finale show, scheduled for September 20th, will mark the beginning of a grand celebration of beauty and talent.
Shamkhan also offered his insight into the qualities needed to succeed in pageantry. "Confidence, poise, grace, communication skills, attitude, skincare, fitness, and grooming are essential. A winning combination of inner strength and outer beauty is crucial, along with effective communication—both verbal and non-verbal."
