Method to the mutton!

INGREDIENTS
Mutton with bones: 1 kg
For the marinade: w 1 tsp turmeric powder w 1 tsp chilli powder w 1 tsp veg oil w 2 chicken Maggi cubes
For masala paste:
1 finely chopped onion w 1 tsp cloves
1 tbsp peppercorns
3 sticks cardamom

3 tsp poppy seeds w ¼ cup grated coconut w 2 tbsp veg oil to sauté masala ingredients. Cool and make a fine paste.

For curry: w 2 tbsp oil w 1 onion finely chopped

3-4 bay leaves w 1 tbsp-garlic -ginger paste w 1 tsp turmeric w 1-tsp chilli powder w 2 tsp garam masala w Salt to taste.
Method

Sauté curry ingredients and add masala paste and sauté more. Add marinated mutton and add 1 cup water. Mix well and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.

Open and taste and adjust curry consistency, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
