For all those who want to improve their culinary knowledge and skills, here is a golden opportunity. A one-day workshop is being organised in Kochi for home bakers, home chefs and food bloggers by Rohini Treats. The USP of the workshop is that it will be covering a whole gambit of food-related skills. There will be sessions on food styling by Sandhya S. Kumar, who has been the food stylist for various advertisements. She also lent her food styling creativity for the Saif Ali Khan film Chef. Also included in the workshop is a session on food photography by Siju K. M. of Living Framz, who is specialised in food and product photography.
There will be a baking demonstration by Chef Kuldeep and Chef Veeramani of DP Chocolates, who will take the participants through the intricacies of making tiramisu, cheesecakes and covertures chocolates. The products made will also be displayed.
