Celeb recipe: Get Chi out of qui!

Ida Yoana, a model and actress, shares her fave healthy recipe of a Chicken and Quinoa broth.

Ingredients
Pre-boiled shredded chicken 100 gm
Quinoa 50 gm (soaked for 30 minutes)
Carrot 1 piece
Yellow bell pepper- 1 piece
Celery leaves 2 sticks
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water a glass
Salt to taste

Method
Heat ghee on medium–high heat, in a large pot and sauté diced vegetables (carrot, bell pepper and celery leaves with the stalk) until they become soft.
Add in a glass of water and the soaked quinoa.
Partially cover the pot, and bring it to simmer, then reduce heat to medium and cook until the quinoa starts to soften — for about 12 minutes.
Add in cooked chicken and stir slowly. Season with salt and pepper.
Ladle the warm broth into a bowl and enjoy!
