While there is no dearth of high-octane bars and kitchens in Hyderabad, only a few make the cut. ANTHM, the newest food lounge in town, opened its doors to party hoppers and food lovers. The pictures looked promising and I decided to check out if the place was worth all the hype. Here's my experience.
Even though ANTHM is amid the heart of the IT corridor in Hyderabad's Financial District near Gachibowli, it is nestled away from the cacophony of bustling city life. The quiet surrounding is a welcome change from the noisy city hangouts.

Before talking about food, let's talk about the ambience. The interiors are all in white—right from the furniture to the lights. And the palm trees by the pool gives you a feel of being transported to Miami. The French windows elevate the look of the place, enhancing your dining experience.

On offer at the culinary lounge is a wide range of food—from Punjabi and Pan-Asian to our very own local Hyderabadi cuisine. With a relaxed vibe, ANTHM is spread across two floors.
There is an open dining area for those who prefer fresh air with stunning views of the pool. There are some sip-worthy signature cocktails—try 'apple of my eye',a blend of bourbon and apple juice, Lavender Lilac, a gin-based cocktail, Golden harvest with Indian spices with Jim beam all curated by Chef John Paul, who's come all the way from Bengaluru after appeasing the denizens with his culinary skills at Ironhill Brewery!
About food—Don't forget to try Fig with Arugula & Burrata Cheese Salad which is among their signature dishes. Pizza and crispy tempura are good options for veggies. Non-vegetarians could try haleem tart, Andhra stuffed crab, tequila lemon thyme prawns and lamb chops.
What's a meal without some lip-smacking desserts? Well, there are a plethora of options there too—starting with Chocolate Cheese cake, classic saffron tres leches to double chocolate mousse cake.
With its contemporary theme, ANTHM is a great lounge to enjoy a meal in the day or unwind over drinks at night with friends and family.
