Enjoy a classic healthy mango lassi this season
Savour the flavour of season’s last mango lassi with this recipe. Made with ripe mango, milk and added sugar; this is the best drink to kick in monsoon and bid goodbye to the scorching summer heat. One is never too old to enjoy a glass of classic mango lassi, apart from being a mouth-watering drink it is a very healthy beverage.
Mango Lassi
1 cup (100g) mango pulp/mango slice
1/2 cup (50g) curd
1cup (100g) water
1 teaspoon 0.5g Cardamom powder
3 scoops Sugar-free green
Step 1
Pour mango pulp in a blender and add curd, cardamom powder, water and sugar-free green.
Step 2
Blend it for 2 min or until it forms a smooth blend.
Step 3
Pour the blend in a glass, garnish with few mango cube shape pieces.
