Cacaoté: Elevating India's Chocolate Scene with Michelin-Starred Excellence
Cacaoté Pattiserie Brasserie, a luxury chocolate boutique in Ahmedabad, is the brainchild of Vraj and Rita, a passionate mother-son duo. Their vision is to bring the finest Belgian chocolate experiences to India, infused with the warmth of Indian spices. Guided by 3 Michelin-starred chef, Jonathan Gallet, Cacaoté's team of artisans and chocolatiers craft gourmet cakes, chocolates, and macarons.
Upon entering Cacaoté, guests are immersed in a world of luxury and refinement. The 15,000-square-foot pâtisserie and brasserie, designed by renowned Australian architecture firm Storm Worldwide and enhanced by London-based design studio LEQB, exudes elegance. Every detail, from the door handle designed by Vraj using 3D software to the carefully selected materials, reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
The boutique’s entrance sets the tone for an exceptional experience. A beautifully designed water body, complete with robots from the US that maintain its cleanliness, creates a serene ambiance. The door handle, crafted from chocolate, is a thoughtful touch that foreshadows the delights within.
Inside, guests discover an exquisite space designed to tempt the senses. The L-Counters, imported from Italy, control temperature and humidity to preserve the chocolates’ freshness. The live kitchen offers a glimpse into the artistry of Cacaoté’s chefs, while the pastry section showcases the craftsmanship that goes into creating each delicate treat.
The bakery section is equipped with state-of-the-art machines from Salva, a Spanish brand. The Rondo machine ensures perfect layers in Cacaoté’s croissants, while the blast chiller rapidly cools products to preserve freshness.
Cacaoté is more than a luxury boutique; it’s a passion project aimed at sharing exceptional chocolate experiences with India. With its Michelin-starred chef, exquisite design, and commitment to quality, Cacaoté is poised to become a premier destination for chocolate connoisseurs.
The launch party is scheduled for December. While Vraj acknowledges the potential for profits, his primary goal is to share his passion for fine chocolates and cakes with India, making Cacaoté a true labour of love.
In Vraj’s words, “I didn’t want to open for Diwali when I was 80% ready. I wanted to be 100% ready.” This dedication to perfection ensures that Cacaoté will be an unforgettable experience for those who enter its doors.
Imagine stepping into a world of pure bliss, where the richness of Belgian chocolate and the warmth of Indian spices envelop you in an unforgettable experience. Cacaoté offers an immersive experience, transporting you to a world of pure indulgence.
