Bengaluru: JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa presents the JW Garden Soiree, an exclusive dining experience celebrating sustainability, creativity, and gourmet excellence. Set for Friday, 31st January 2025, this elegant evening will take place at Truffle & Co, the resort’s chic delicatessen and boulangerie, known for its artisanal breads, mindful meals, and fine Italian coffee.
The JW Garden, nestled within the heart of resort, is a vibrant space cultivating organic, seasonal produce, including a variety of herbs and vegetables. Inspired by Alice Marriott’s passion for gardening, the JW Garden serves as a tranquil sanctuary where nature and culinary artistry intertwine. This garden not only provides a serene retreat for guests but also cultivates fresh herbs and ingredients that form the heart of the resort's sustainable dining philosophy.
The JW Garden Soiree invites guests to embrace a farm-to-folk experience, celebrating sustainability and the vibrant flavours of seasonal produce. Set in a lush garden, the evening features a thoughtfully curated seven-course sit-down dinner with fresh, on-site harvested ingredients. Each course is expertly paired with fine wines, elevating the flavours of the organic, farm-fresh ingredients.
Guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and invited to enjoy a cocktail session, featuring bespoke herb-infused creations crafted with fresh garden ingredients, setting the stage for an elegant evening. Live music by a talented two-piece band will enhance the atmosphere with a blend of jazz, pop, and soft rock. The venue will be adorned with JW Garden-inspired décor, featuring candles and herbs, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
The highlight of the evening is the Breaking of the Bread ritual. This meaningful tradition elevated by the gentle flicker of edible butter candles, creates an ambiance of warmth and connection. Award-winning Chef Neeraj Rawoot, the resort’s Director of Culinary and recent recipient of Culinary Culture’s Sustainable Chef 2024 award, will personally curate and guide guests through this gourmet journey, sharing insights into his inspiration and the sustainable practices behind each dish.
