“It has been my long-time dream to open a food joint, which led to opening BigStar Cafe where we prioritised all three departments - coffee, bakery and continental food. It took nearly two years for me to understand what actual coffee is. I have arrived at the menu after a lot of research and travelling to many places and interacting with several cuppers, farmers and visiting many coffee machine companies and studying how other coffee shops work and what kind of menu people like.”
“The reason we are also able to serve wholesome food that’s being loved by all is because we only source the best quality ingredients and we make the food from scratch in-house. Soon, we will be introducing more artisanal breads, newer dishes and coffees when we launch our new breakfast menu. It is an ongoing process to always bring the best to the table.” He added.
Thulsi Ram opened another Indian Food Restaurant Kritaa Nagar – just adjacent to BigStar Cafe in Financial District. Currently he is planning to expand BigStar Cafe and is in search of good locations in Hyderabad and across India. He is also working on his next big venture that is based on totally new concept.
