The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is set to host an unforgettable culinary journey with "Pind da Swad," a special brunch experience that brings the rustic and vibrant flavours of Punjab to the heart of Hyderabad. On 16th and 23rd February 2025, food lovers are invited to indulge in a curated selection of authentic Punjabi dishes, expertly crafted by renowned Chef Sweety Singh.

With over 30 years of experience, Chef Sweety Singh is a master of traditional Punjabi cuisine. Guests will enjoy a rich array of regional favourites such as Dhaba Style Chicken Curry, Pindi Chole, Mutton Barra, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Kukad, Amritsari Meat, and the signature Shahi Maa Di Makhni Dal. To complement the hearty dishes, a range of refreshing beverages like lassi and chass will also be served, creating the perfect blend of flavours.
Beyond the delightful menu, "Pind da Swad" promises an immersive experience with live music and a lively atmosphere. The event is family-friendly, with engaging activities designed to entertain all ages. The event will take place at Seasonal Tastes, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM on the designated dates. For those seeking an extended Punjabi culinary experience, a special dinner will also be available from 15th to 22nd February 2025.
