As Anuj Wadhawan, Consultant Chef, eloquently puts it, “Just the sheer name Tansen transports people to the Mughal era during Akbar, where culture and culinary arts blended perfectly.” The restaurant draws inspiration from Tansen’s famous Raags—Raag Deepak and Raag Megh Malhar, symbolising the harmonious blend of fire and water, integral to the culinary and atmospheric ambiance.
