“Menstrual awareness isn’t just about breaking taboos—it’s about breaking into conversations, classrooms, and everyday life without shame or hesitation. Glow Flow isn’t just an event; it’s a movement towards normalizing what should have been normal all along.”
Dr. Nabat Lakhani, Founder of Marham - Resonating Resilience said, " Being a gynecologist I have seen so many who being very well educated also still follow certain societal taboos of sleeping separately, getting isolated during periods. Succubuming to these taboos even today where the world is being more progressive every day is senseless and baseless. Also men and women every today are hesitant and embassred to have any normal conversations around periods when they are together. It's very important wherein women are making good careers for themselves, growing in their professional marketplaces everyone in the society need to normalise period talk. It's time to break these taboos. Youth are the changemakers of our country and conducting such awareness programmes with them will revolutionize the next generation."
Glow Flow resonated that it’s time to converse about periods like we talk about cricket, exams, or the latest binge-worthy series. No more whispers, no more awkwardness—just open, honest conversations that flow.
