Healthplix Sees Surge in Doctor Consultations, Driving Digital Healthcare In AP
Vijayawada: HealthPlix Technologies, India's largest EMR platform trusted by doctors, today announced a surge in doctor consultations done on its platform in Andhra Pradesh in H1 2023 (Jan’23 to date). With approximately 3.5 lakh consultations recorded in the first five months of the year, the company has set a new growth milestone for itself in the region.
The company has witnessed a 36% increase in daily consultations compared to the same timeline last year, demonstrating the elevated adoption of digital healthcare services in the state.With an average of over 2300+ consultations by doctors per day across various specialties during H1 2023, the overall monthly average doctor consultations on HealthPlix’s EMR platform reached an impressive figure of 70,000+ in the state.
Among the various medical specialties in Andhra Pradesh, diabetologists have emerged as the top users of HealthPlix's EMR platform for consultations with an average of over 15,000 consultations per month in H1-2023. Their utilization surpasses other specialties, including consulting physicians with 12,000+ and endocrinologists 11,000+ average consultations per month. The company also revealed that March 2023 had witnessed a surge in doctor consultations over the previous months for key specialties like Consulting Physicians, Diabetology, and Cardiology.
