Hyderabad: KLH Hyderabad campuses marked International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm, aligning with the global initiative to promote holistic health and well-being through yoga practices. The celebration included invigorating yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, and educational segments on the health benefits of yoga, creating an enriching experience for all participants.

The day commenced with invigorating yoga sessions led by experienced instructors, focusing on various asanas and breathing techniques to enhance participants' physical and mental health. Students from diverse disciplines demonstrated their commitment to incorporating yoga into their daily routines, highlighting the growing awareness and importance of yoga among the youth.

In addition to physical exercises, mindfulness practices such as meditation and relaxation techniques were emphasized, encouraging participants to achieve inner peace and clarity. Pardha Saradhi Varma, Vice Chancellor, KL Deemed to be University expressed his delight at the event's organized across campuses in Hyderabad, stating, “Yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic approach to achieving mental and spiritual well-being. Both the Principals at KLH campuses, including Dr. Ramakrishna Akella at KLH Aziznagar Campus and Dr. L.
