LegalFling: New app allows you to create legally binding contract for consensual sex
A new app now allows users to create legally binding contracts for consensual sex.
The app, LegalFling, was created by Dutch company LegalThings, the Independent reported.
According to its website the app "allows you to request consent from any of your contacts" as they say "sex should be fun and safe".
The app will also send a list of your "sexual preferences, including your do’s and don'ts."
These things can include whether or not you approve of photos or videos being made, using condoms, BDSM and guarantee of being free of STD.
The app is not just for one night flings, but also for long-term relationships. The point of it, according to the creators is to ensure consent for the act is granted before people engage in such a relationship.
Before it can be downloaded, the app has to receive approval of Google and Apple.
