Nizamabad: The people, who use rail and roadways from the Nizamabad district have been facing difficulties in reaching Hyderabad as there is no availability of train and bus services from the district. During the festivals and other important days, The people, especially youths and students of the area have been facing hardships to catch Hyderabad services. Most of the passengers depend on Rayalaseema Express which starts from Nizamabad to Tirupati to reach Hyderabad. Presently, Ajanta and Devagiri Express pass through the Nizamabad district, but there will not be much availability of seats as per the demand. The passengers complained that there was no direct train from Nizamabad to Secunderabad in the morning hours.
Earlier, the officials of the South Central Railway used to operate a train service from Nizamabad to Secunderabad on an experimental basis. But later, it cancelled the service, the passengers rued.
