Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police on Wednesday flagged off the 15th SHE Shuttle, a free bus service for women, on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
Police commissioner Stephen Raveendra, flagging off the bus, said that the service was supported by Arcesium, as part of its CSR activity, for a period of three years.
This bus runs from GNITS to Raidurgam Metro station, covering T-Hub, Knowledge City, Raheja Mindspace, Divyasree and other important IT parks and companies en route, a press release issued by Cyberabad Police stated.
Speaking at the launch, Ranvijay Lamba, the MD Of Arcesium, said, “We are happy that we are supporting the SHE Shuttle initiative of SCSC, which is a free-for-women shuttle service. I am sure it would benefit many women travelling towards Raidurgam Metro station and surrounding organisations. This is one of many initiatives of Arcesium taken on International Women's Day.”
