It seems like kids are actually sad about the fact that President Barack Obama won’t be in the oval office in 2017. According to the US constitution a president can run for two terms and Abelle Tomlin,4, is very upset about the fact.
This video shows the little girl crying about missing Obama. The clip was flimed by her mother Andrea and has gone viral all over social media.
She says “If you take me for a movie or cuddle me and everything – that will make me feel so much better”.
Her mother asks her why she is so upset and she replies, “I miss Barack Obama.”
Her mother suggests her write a letter to the president and tell me what she feels or to send a video to him.
But the 4-year-old just can’t stop crying.
“Abella has been an Obama fan since day one. She has grown up with him as a hero in our household, and as such has always talked about how much she loves him. So I explained to her that the country is getting ready to elect a new president. She immediately had tears running down her face and explained to me that Barack Obama was our president and how could we get a new one when we already had one,” Andrea told The Independent.
When asked if she thinks Hillary Clinton will make a good president, the little girl nods still sobbing.
Also, Andrea makes sure her children stay away from republican nominee Donald Trump. “I don’t allow her to see anything about Trump. I find him to be unpredictable and inappropriate for most, and definitely for my kids. I don’t want her to see a grown man making fun of people or using hate speech,” she was quoted as saying.
