Meghan's dad gives her mum 'blessing' to walk Suits star down the aisle

According to reports Meghan Markle’s father has reportedly said that the US actress should be walked down the aisle by her mum when she weds Prince Harry.

Thomas Markle backed his ex-wife Doria Ragland to be by their daughter's side this Saturday after pulling out of the royal wedding as it was revealed he was paid to pose for paparazzi pictures sold to news outlets worldwide.

According to reports, the father-of-the-bride now intends on checking back into hospital after suffering more chest pains and he hasn't been able to speak to the star since his decision not to be by her side for the wedding of the year.

Thomas, 73, who also said he had a heart attack a week ago, insisted he will not walk Meghan down the aisle for fear of embarrassing her or the royals over the paparazzi deal.

Reports further say that Prince Harry is said to be blaming himself over the last-minute hitch - with Meghan pleading with her dad to change his mind.
