The idea behind coming up with memes is not just limited to entertainment. In a way, it’s seen as the shortest, quickest and easiest way to put a message to discuss relevant issues with a tinge of tongue-in-cheek wit.”
Giving us a peak into the increasingly large number of features that have entered the scene in the recent times, Raj Chawla, an admin of Bangalore Memes, a popular meme sharing page quips, “Since memes are visual-based, many of us are banking on the sheer variety of meme templates that offer endless choices of how to troll particular topics — the most popular ones being giving directions to people in the city, and the Shivajinagar and Frazer Town memes!”

So making a funny meme is a delightful respite in the midst of routine work."
