Chopper makes emergency landing at Kedarnath Temple
Hyderabad: At least half a dozen devotees witnessed tense moments after the helicopter in which they were flying made an emergency landing near the helipad at Kedarnath Temple in Uttarakhand.
The chopper was supposed to land at its designated place but it could not do so due to technical reasons leaving passengers and the ground handling staff in a tense situation. The pilot then tactfully handled the situation and ensured that the chopper landed safely in an open place at over 100 metres distance away from the helipad without causing any problem to devotees.
After landing, the passengers, pilot and ground handling staff heaved a sigh of relief.
