Hyderabad man gets lifer for murder
HYDERABAD: The IV MSJ court Nampally on Saturday convicted Mohammed Khadeer Ali to undergo life imprisonment after he was found guilty of murder.
Ali, 46, a hotel worker, resident of Boraband and a native of Karnataka, had murdered one Mubarak Ali at Devibagh in Nampally on December 30 2019.
Based on the statements of Allola Sariaiah, a tailor, who stated in his complaint to the police that on December 30 at about 12 pm he went to his shop and noticed a person sleeping in front of his shop. When he tried to move him he did not respond. After removing the blanket from his face he saw that the victim Mubarak Ali was lying dead with injuries on his head.
Sariaiah ran a tailor shop, New Style, at the turning of the road towards Devibagh.
Based on Sariaiah’s complaint, Nampally police registered a case and arrested Ali. He was produced before the IV MSJ Court on Saturday.
IV MSJ judge Sai Bhoopathi ordered life imprisonment for the convict.
