HYDERABAD: The Madhapur police under the supervision of DCP, Madhapur, Shilpavalli, conducted a cordon-and-search operations at belt shops found running illegally from 6 pm to 8 pm at Masthannagar, Madhapur.
Two persons were into custody and 400 liquor bottles and 15 cartons of beer were siezed.
Another person was taken into custody for illegally refilling LPG gas cylinders, 10 small and two large LPG gas cylinders were seized.
Additional DCP Madhapur zone N. Nandyala Narsimha Reddy, ACP and other officers including eight Inspectors and 95 head constables and police constables participated in the operation, a press release issued by the Cyberabad police PRO stated.
