Five accused in rowdy Kishore murder case held
KAKINADA: Amalapuram town police have arrested five accused – Balla Satish (24) of Eedarapalli village, Tatikayala Sesha Sudhir (34), Koppula Manikanta alias Subrahmanya Manikanta Naidu (22) and Adabala Veerababu (40) of Gudala village, and Koduri Lova Siva Kalyan alias Kalyan (22) of Thottaramudi village in Inavilli mandal – on the charge of killing Polisetty Ramakrishna Kishore alias Kishore and injuring another person Adapa Sai, who accompanied Kishore, on September 1.
Police have also seized the car, bullet motorcycle, a bike, iron rod, survey sticks and mobile phone used during the crime.
According to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district superintendent of police S. Sridhar, Kishore had a rowdy sheet opened against him. On the night of August 31, Kishore attacked Balla Satish and his friends.
Angry over this incident, Satish plotted with his friends and killed Kishore at a burial ground.
Amalapuram town witnessed violent incidents following the killing. Police, however, brought the situation under control.
The accused have been produced before Amalapuram court.
Amalapuram DSP M. Ambika Prasad and circle inspector D. Durga Sekhara Reddy were present.
