Lucknow: A young chartered accountant in Allahabad district strangulated his girlfriend to death and then cut her wrist and took her to a hospital in an e-rickshaw, claiming that she had attempted suicide.
According to reports, the victim Shivani was in a relationship with Sunny Singh who worked as a chartered accountant. Shivani has been insisting on marriage but Sunny, apparently, was not prepared for the same.
On Wednesday night, Shivani went to Sunny’s house and the two went for a ride on Sunny’s motorbike.
On the way, the two had an argument and Sunny stopped his motorbike near a railway crossing near Majaar crossing and strangulated her.
He then slit her wrist and took Shivani in an e-rickshaw to a nearby hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead.
