Bengalauru: Popular Kananda film actor Darshan seems to have landed in trouble again after his wife Vijayalakshmi approached the C.K. Achchukattu police on Wednesday requesting them to issue him a warning for his bad behaviour, and submitted a petition.
Darshan went to Vijayalakshmi’s house in Hosakerahalli on Wednesday evening and did not find her. He ranted, abused Vijayalakshmi in foul language in her absence and left after a while. The security guard informed Vijayalakshmi about Darshan’s visit and his misbehaviour. She approached the police later in the evening and submitted the petition.
“She submitted the petition around 7 pm seeking the police to issue her husband Darshan a warning on his objectionable behaviour. We are considering the petition and will take a suitable decision,” a senior police officer said.
The actor was sent to jail in 2011 after Vijayalakshmi alleged assault. The couple reconciled later, but have been living separately for the last one-and-a-half-years. Darshan and Vijayalaxmi were in a relationship for over four years before getting married in 2000.
