Hyderabad: The Special Investigation Team investigating the TSPSC question paper leakage arrested four persons on Tuesday: A. Saibabu and M. Shiva Kumar from Nagarkurnool district, R. Mahesh from Nagarjunasagar and P. Varun from Khammam district.
Police said they had purchased the question paper from Muralidhar Reddy from Hyderabad and Manoj from Warangal, who were arrested on Monday.
Muralidhar Reddy and Manoj had allegedly paid ₹10 lakh each to the main accused Pulidindi Praveen for question papers for the post of assistant engineer(AE) and sold it to seven others at ₹1.5 lakh apiece.
With this the number of persons arrested in the scam has reached 27 including TSSPSC employees, candidates who appeared for the entrance tests conducted by the TSPSC and mediators.
