HYDERABAD: Two persons died in separate accidents at Kukatpally and Saroornagar on Friday. In Kukatpally, Y. Babulal (65) rammed his scooter into a tipper that was parked on the road near the Balanagar Metro Rail station around 5.30 am. Babulal, who was going to church, died on the spot.
Police said they booked a case against the tipper driver, who fled from the spot after the accident.
In the other incident at Saroornagar, Kasigari Sathosh Kumar (42) from Uppuguda was going to his sister Lavanya's residence on his bike to attend a function. He hit an unidentified woman who, police said, suddenly came in his path. He lost control of the vehicle and fell down and came under the wheels of a TSRTC bus. He died on the spot.
Police registered a case against the RTC bus driver and started an investigation.
