Police verify call data of techie who killed himself after gunning down girlfriend

Nellore: Police have been verifying the call data of software professional Suresh Reddy who killed himself after gunning down another software professional Kavyasree apparently as she refused to marry him.

The incident took place at Tadipatri village in Podalakur mandal on Monday.

The bodies of Suresh and Kavyasree were handed over to the relatives after post mortem at the GGH in Nellore. The bodies were cremated thereafter.

According to sources in the police, Suresh Reddy was making calls and sending messages constantly to Kavyasree, expressing his desire to marry her while stressing that he would wait all his life for her consent.

He changed several SIM cards as Kavyasree started blocking his numbers. Suresh Reddy used to go to Bangalore frequently and his last trip was a month back.

Locals had a good opinion of Suresh since he was quiet and did not interact much with others. He was always found concentrating on his work.
