Three criminals nabbed in Mumbai 10 years after committing crime
Hyderabad: The economic offence wing (EOW) of the state CID on Wednesday arrested three persons from Maharashtra who were wanted in a criminal breach of trust and were evading court proceedings for the last 1o years.
A case of criminal breach of trust, cheating and fabrication of documents under various sections of IPC in crime number 248 of 2013 was registered by Nacharam police in 2013 against the trio.
The accused had swindled funds of the complainant company, Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd, and had caused wrongful loss to the tune of Rs 29 crore, Venkata Lakshmi, superintendent of police, EOW, CID stated in a press release here on Wednesday.
The L.B. Nagar court had issued NBW against the three and CID-EOW team inspector Y. Laxmi Narayana, along with his staff, traced the accused in Mumbai on October 9 and produced them before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at L.B. Nagar.
Rajiv Rajaram Kashyap, Vimalender Rajkumar Mishra and Rinku Vimalender Mishra, all natives of Mumbai were absconding since the day of , Venkata Lakshmi said.
