Cops File Stalking Case Against Man Accused of Harassing Senior Ayush Official

Hyderabad: The Market police registered a case against one Shiva Prasad for allegedly stalking and harassing a senior woman official in the Ayush department. A complaint was lodged by another senior official of the department.

According to police, the suspect entered the woman official’s office last month, claiming that he was her fan and followed her on social media. Others sent him away, telling him the woman official was in a meeting.

Prasad however returned to the office many times to meet the official. He also tried to get her residence address from the staff present there. Two days ago, Prasad barged into her home and gave her a sweet box. Upset with this, the official informed her colleagues who lodged a complaint with the police.
