Guntur: Following rumours of a rave party in a star hotel at Tenali, that spread fast in the social media, police reached the place and arrested 12 dancers and one other person, A. Krishna Reddy, on Wednesday, for arranging the party without permission.
According to the reports, Adama Fertilizers held a party in Goutam Grand Hotel on Tuesday which continued till the early hours of Wednesday. About 160 people attended the party and 12 artistes sang songs and danced.
III Town PS CI A. Ashok Kumar said it was not a rave party. An orchestra group with 12 artistes was brought from Hyderabad to sing and dance in the party, he added and conducted normal party without permission hence the police arrested 13 persons and registered a case.
