Tragedy Srikes in Nandyal as Agricultural Worker Dies Due to Electric Shock

Kurnool: In a heart-wrenching incident, a 48-year-old agricultural worker, Pittala Madanna, lost his life due to electrocution in Bethamcherla mandal on Wednesday. The tragic event occurred when Madanna came into contact with electric cables that had been installed to deter pigs near Bugganapally Mudigeswaramma fields.

According to reports, the mishap took place while Madanna was working in the fields. Upon encountering the live wires, he was immediately struck by a powerful electrical current. The sudden surge of electricity proved fatal, leaving Madanna lifeless at the scene.

In a disturbing turn of events, individuals present at the scene attempted to conceal the accident by burying Madanna's body near the railway track.

However, their efforts to cover up the incident were thwarted when the Bethamcherla police intervened.
