Visakhapatnam: A 21-year-old man, identified as Kalyan Kumar from Elamanchili mandal, has been arrested by the Anakapalle district police for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl. The victim's parents filed a complaint against Kumar, prompting the police to register cases under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act).
Kumar reportedly lured the young girl into a relationship with promises of love and marriage. However, his true intentions soon emerged, and he is accused of sexually assaulting the victim.
