HYDERABAD: A student and another person died by suicide in their rented room early on Saturday at Vijayapuri Colony, Chowdariguda. Ghatkesar police said the body of a 19-year-old student was found in the hall and that of his roommate, a private company employee, in bedroom.
The victims were staying together in a rented house for the past two years, police said. They were suspected to be in a relationship.
Police found a suicide note written by the student which purportedly stated that he was vexed with his life as he had committed something that is against nature, sources said. Police suspect that the student died by suicide after he found his friend dead.
Police registered cases under CrPC Section 174 and shifted the bodies to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for post-mortem.
