Hyderabad: Burra Pavan Kumar, a 21-year-old BTech final year student, died and his friend M. Manideep, also 21, was injured in an accident involving their bike and two other vehicles, Suraram police said on Monday.
The duo was going from their college at Dundigal towards Kukatpally on a motorcycle when a van coming from the opposite direction brushed against the vehicle. Pavan Kumar lost control of the bike when fell to the ground. An unidentified vehicle ran over Pavan, killing him on the spot, Suraram sub-inspector G. Mallesh said.
