Kakinada: A speeding lorry ran over a 52-year-old agricultural labourer Relangi Sesha Rao at Someswaram village in Rayavaram mandal of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar district.
A resident of Pulagurta village in Anaparthi mandal of East Godavari District, Sesha Rao had gone to Someswaram for purchasing medicines. While walking back home, a speeding lorry coming from Mandapeta towards Someswaram hit him. Sesha Rao died on the spot.
Rayavaram assistant sub-inspector P. Venkateswara Rao has registered a case and is investigating.
