Anatapur: A YSRC supporter suffered serious injuries after being stabbed by a TD supporter in Proddatur town, Kadapa district, on Saturday.
The incident occurred after a quarrel between Benarji, the YSRC supporter, and Bharath, a close aide of TD incharge Praveen Kumar Reddy. Benarji was stabbed in the broad daylight and suffered serious injuries. He was shifted to the hospital by the police.
A case has been registered against Bharath based on a complaint by Benarji.
