Ooty: The District and Sessions Court here has granted conditional bail to A.Santosh Sami, (39), an accused in the Kodanad break-in case who had been arrested in April and now under judicial custody.
Santosh Sami, is hailing from Thirussur district in Kerala and was nabbed by the cops in Nilgiris during the course of investigation.
Speaking to DC, Mr.Ravichandran, one of the advocates who appeared for Santosh Sami on Friday, said the accused has to report at Kotagiri police station daily and sign.
Of the ten accused in the case, five have been detained under the draconian Goondas Act.
